Competing response for "I have an urge"

Hi! I noticed I am now able to change which strategy comes up when we click “I have an urge” but unfortunately I am not able to select competing response as my favourite strategy. I noticed there are star buttons for every other strategy except competing response. I'm not sure if this is a bug?
