i would love to be able to select multiple triggers but especially multiple body areas when recording a picking episode. i currently use the “multiple areas” option but it would be very cool to be able to get more specific, as the multiple areas change around often

Hello, just a suggestion for the app - could you possibly create 2 separate chats - one for skin picking and another for hair pulling? I think it would make it more helpful to have 2 seperate spaces in case somebody struggles with one issue but not the other. Thank you!

Hi, I subscribed to get access to the training programme but Module 3 is greyed out - it says ‘coming end January’ - same for the daily meditation. It’s February now. When will we have access to them? Thanks!

Hello! Can we please select more than one trigger for urges?Today I picked because it was a combo of itchiness, being in the right place, AND starting my period today. All of that information is important for my logs, because I may not have picked if it weren’t for that combination of events.Thanks!

hey! it seems to automatically start at 0 for your pick free date but i’ve been pick free for a bit longer and would like to be able to change the date.

Hi! I noticed I am now able to change which strategy comes up when we click “I have an urge” but unfortunately I am not able to select competing response as my favourite strategy. I noticed there are star buttons for every other strategy except competing response. I'm not sure if this is a bug? Thank you so much!

First off I love the app<ol><li>Fix the widget for the timer of how long pick free, it is always stuck on 0:00</li><li>Make that widget also available for lock screen </li></ol>
